What would you do?

While watching undercover boss tonight I began to think about one thing. What would you do when you saw something you were passionate about not working the right way. Whether or not the show is staged it gives a sense of doing what is right. It allows these CEOs that make a ton of money to see what keeps the workers that are making much less cingular to work each day. When your at work do you work everyday as if your boss was standing right next to you? Do you treat your hourly job as if you own the company? That’s how I want to be. I want every customer that I interact with, internal or external, to know that even though I don’t own the company I treat it as if I did. Those are the kinds of employees I want working for me. In my opinion this can be applied to any company, church, or organization.

Catching up

Well I am finally catching up with technology. I have set up my Twitter account and linked that to facebook so I think I am just about there. The next thing is to get consistent with blogging. I guess the reason I have not stuck with blogging is that I have a brother (@b_rewster) and a father (@rbrewstermin) that really post some useful stuff and my posts will normally be about my kiddo’s or my job. But here it goes anyway. Hope you all enjoy and I guess this blog will be theraputic for me. Last thing if you read this and live in the dfw area the Jonas bros will be interviewed by our pastor and showed at next weekends services at gateway in southlake and north Richland hills. Go to www.gatewaypeople.com for service times and locations.
